Triple Tow’s Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: all orders complete processing within 15–20 business days.

Triple Tow’s shipping restrictions and delivery exclusions.

• Triple Tow does not ship on holidays or weekends.

• Expect delays at certain times of the year and if the site is dealing with a high order volume.

• The method of communication Triple Tow will use email to alert customers about their order status and any possible delays.

Estimates of Delivery Costs Per Unit.

 

• Freight carriers are used for shipping.

• Delivery takes 5-7 business days.

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the zip codes and number of units purchased by the customer; shipping is free for orders of ten or more.

During the purchase transaction process, the customer will see the shipping cost and total via email. Unless otherwise stipulated, all products for delivery will be dispatched by the delivery method of the Triple Tow's choice. Where the customer requires a different means of delivery, any extra cost must be paid by the customer. Rigid vehicles, onboard cranes, and onboard forklifts are considered specialist transport and will be charged in addition if not listed on the order acknowledgement. Airfreight costs shall be payable in advance by the customer.

All dates quoted for delivery are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. While every effort will be made to avoid delays, no responsibility for meeting any specific delivery dates is accepted. Accordingly, no liability will be accepted for any direct or indirect loss suffered by the customer that may be caused by delayed delivery because of a force majeure event or the customer's failure to provide the manufacturer with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the product(s), and none of these events shall entitle the customer to reject the product(s) or cancel the order.

Confirmation and shipment tracking Information will be sent to the customer's address via email.

Triple Tow is not liable for products lost or damaged during the shipping process. In the event that your product arrives damaged, keep the product(s) and shipping materials and contact either the carrier or our company to file a claim for your product(s). Our team will respond as soon as possible.
